Unlike most web hosting companies, we will help you to transfer your website to us - taking away the worry and hassle of having to deal with awkward web designers or hosting companies that seem intent on making your life difficult since you decided to leave them.

If your site is reasonably simple, we can often do this for free. All we will need is a full copy of your website, and any databases that accompany it, or just give us access to your current hosting account, and we will take a copy of it for you.

Our best endeavour policy

Obviously, your website may consist of hundreds or thousands of lines of code. In most cases, such as:

• simple html sites
• simple php sites
• database driven sites using common blog or content management systems

we can get your site transferred without any problems at all. Our priority is to ensure you get a functioning website as soon as possible, with the minimum of disruption.

Normally, we will be able to spot any potential problems, and will let you know about these before you make the decision to move, so there are no nasty surprises.

Although we are confident we can move 99.9% of websites without any problems there are always exceptions, so we cannot accept any liability on the rare ocassion that everything does not work out once your site is transferred - although this is VERY rare, and usually fixable upon further (chargeable) analysis.
