7 day trial period on all new accounts

We are so confident you will find our service outstanding, we give you 7 days of trial usage on all new orders for hosting. If during this time you decide that we can't fulfill your needs, we will refund your money, no quibbles! Just let us know where we went wrong.

Refunds and compensation

Other than as described above, we do not offer refunds for partial use of services.
