Our flexible AUP promise

We understand your website and email are important to you. We specialise in hosting for business, and organisations that depend on their websites and email. Because of this we promise to be flexible wherever possible with our Acceptable Use Policy.

The no over-quota cut-off promise

Our system will contact you by email when you get near to your account quotas. Although all our accounts have a generous bandwidth and space allowance, if you are concerned that you might exceed your quota in any month, please contact us immediately, as we will make an allowance for you.

Obviously, if this happens a lot then we would work with you to arrive at a more satisfactory solution, but we won't demand you upgrade or pay more for the first or second time you exceed your monthly quotas.

Things we can't tolerate

We have to be fair to our other users. A little extra space or bandwidth is hardly going to affect our servers, but if you are doing something which is directly impacting other customers then we will have to take action to preserve our service. This might mean the removal of files from your account, or in extreme cases, the suspension of your account until things can be worked out. We hope you understand that this preserves our high quality service for everyone.

Rest assured, this action is extremely rare, and is usually only the result of suspicious activity or a blatant disregard for our AUP. A full list of things we don't allow is in our full Acceptable Use Policy.
